This PG is the shittiest PG in entire gurugram. There is no security, even the clothes get stolen on a daily basis, the repairs take 100 of days, there are regular water and electricity issues. The locality is not safe at all
They are completely fraud peoples, they never refund security deposit money. Previously this was PG at sector 39 Gurugram named Hotel Azad Square. And after that they changed name to Uptown Hotel Azad square.

They don't return the security money. Be cautious while paying money you won't get it back. They will keep saying, we will pay today or tomorrow. Also they they stop picking up the phone. Very unprofessional management.
Worst PG experience I've ever had. The owner of Uptown Smart Living refuses to return the security deposit and has been extremely uncooperative. I would strongly advise anyone considering this PG to think twice before moving in.
